Ali zagame
|
Ali Zagame was born in Paris, France, but raised in Massachusetts. Thanks to her mother’s vivid imagination and love of storytelling, she grew up with her nose in a book and her head in the clouds. Many of the stories that she read involved young girls sneaking onto pirate ships, ghosts on vengeful missions, or some degree of magic. After high school, she pursued music and received her Vocal Performance degree from Berklee College of Music. She wrote songs and books, finding herself in love with both and splitting her time between them. Several of her poems have been published online and in print.
Ali works as both a music teacher and a content developer/scriptwriter while escaping into fantasy in the evenings. Before writing, she spends far too long trying to find the perfect playlist and lighting candles to set the mood. She still adores all things paranormal and fantastical, so long as that includes a heavy dose of dark humor. In her free time, you can find her getting frustrated with a Pinterest DIY project that looks nothing as promised, trying her husband’s latest baking concoction, and violently struggling to learn the violin. She currently lives in New York with her husband, dog, and hamster named Hamchop Sir Fluffington. (Ham for short.) |
